What is digital business card analytics?
Three uses for a sales team: check a day after a meeting whether the card was opened and send a reminder; compare fair week's views and clicks with the previous week to measure the stand investment; look at the click distribution every three months and update the link order on the card page. In the team panel, cards are ranked by traffic; the sharing habit of the most viewed card's owner spreads to the team. How to read the measures is in the analytics guide; the whole product on the digital business card page.
Analytics questions, answered
Our analytics guide explains how to read the measures.
What does digital business card analytics measure?
How many times the card page was opened (raw and unique), which link was tapped (phone, email, website, social profile, save to contacts), the country breakdown of views, the seven-day trend and which card in the team gets the most traffic.
Can I see who looked?
No. No visitor name, phone or identity is collected; a person opening a card page can get the information without introducing themselves. A visitor who wants to talk does so through the contact form on the card page; then the name and phone land in your panel with explicit consent.
How should I read the numbers?
A view means interest, a click means intent. A card with a hundred views and only a few clicks is missing something on the page; reorder the links according to click data. Look at a line of at least one week rather than a single day, and remember that your own openings after editing the card count too.
Can I export the data?
On the Pro plan analytics can be downloaded as CSV. Three lines are enough for a monthly report: total views, total clicks, number of contact requests and the direction of each compared with the previous month.
