Sales teams
Every representative's card lives in the company account; when a title changes the page is updated, not reprinted. Views and clicks are tracked as a team total.
A digital business card is an always-current card page that opens from a QR code, an NFC card or a link. The other person installs nothing: they open the page, call you or save you to their contacts with one tap. You never say "I'm out of cards" again.
A paper card has a short life: it is handed over, goes into a pocket, gets lost in a drawer. When your title changes, hundreds of cards in the box become invalid, and you never know who kept one. A digital business card lives differently: the page opens, enters the contacts app, stays current and, if you want, calls you back.
Many names are used for the same thing: virtual business card, electronic business card, online business card, smart business card, NFC business card. What they share is a card that opens on a phone instead of paper; the difference is in how it is shared and in the software behind it. DigiCardSystem is that software: the card page, the ways to share it, team management and measurement in one place.
A digital business card is shared three ways; all three lead to the same live page.
Every card has its own QR code: show it on screen, add it to your email signature, print it on your paper card. The code points to the page; the page changes, the code does not. Print and size rules
Bring the physical NFC card close to a phone; the page opens. The card is bought once, and the address inside always points to your page. How NFC business cards work
The "Save contact" button produces a standard vCard file; iPhone, Android, Outlook and Google Contacts recognise it. What is a vCard?
Ready in three steps: open an account with your email (3-day trial, no credit card), fill in your card (name, title, company, phone, social links, photo), share your QR or your link. Your card page can be displayed in Turkish and English; the visitor picks the language.
A digital business card is built for teams that hand out many cards and want to see the return.

Portfolio link, WhatsApp and phone on one page; the customer scans the card at the listing and leaves a "call me" through the contact form.
A calm, trustworthy profile: title, licence details, office address and an appointment link. The card stays current, the customer always gets through.
The large QR on the stand desk works even while the team is busy; the follow-up list is ready in the panel after the fair. Trade fair guide
Portfolio, LinkedIn and website on one card; you see which link visitors tap most and arrange the card accordingly.
A new employee's card is ready on day one; a leaver's card closes with one click. The brand is the same on every card. Team management guide
Cards live in the company account; the admin opens, closes and reassigns them. Logo, brand colour and footer come from the centre; the card owner edits only their own details. Three roles are enough: admin, editor, viewer. On the Pro plan, cards are published on your own domain.
The contact form on the card page takes the visitor's name, email and optional phone number; the record is listed per card in the panel and an email notification goes to the card owner and the admin. The form carries a privacy notice; an invisible trap field and an hourly limit protect it against bots. On the Pro plan a new request is sent to your sales tool by webhook. Lead capture page
How many times the card page was opened, how many unique visitors, which link was tapped, from which country; the seven-day trend and the card leaders in your team. Visitor identity is not collected; the numbers answer "how much was the card shared". CSV export on Pro. Analytics page
Data is kept on servers in Türkiye; the connection is always HTTPS. Passwords are stored irreversibly and every admin action is written to an audit log. The card owner can delete the account and its data at any time; the visitor sees below the form where the details they leave are going.
The free plan is enough for one person: 1 card, the card page, QR and TR/EN display. Starter (10 cards, 3 users) opens save-to-contacts, the contact form, NFC, card templates and the email signature; Pro (50 cards, 10 users) adds a custom domain, white label, CRM webhook and CSV. Enterprise limits are set to the need. Current prices are on the pricing page; we explained what sets the price in the pricing guide.
Short, straight answers. Our guides go deeper.
A digital business card is a card page that opens on a phone and carries your personal and company details. It is shared with a QR code, an NFC card or a link; the other person opens the page without installing an app, calls you, writes an email, visits your social profile or saves you to their contacts with one tap. When your details change the page is updated; no link you have ever shared goes stale.
No. The card page opens in the browser. Whoever scans the QR or brings the NFC card close to their phone sees the page directly; saving to contacts uses a standard vCard file that iPhone, Android, Outlook and Google Contacts all recognise.
Yes. The card page and the QR code are ready the moment you open an account; share the QR in your email signature, on your printed card or in a presentation. Physical NFC card support is there for those who want it, but it is not required.
In everyday language, yes: a card that opens on a phone instead of paper. 'Smart card' and 'NFC card' usually mean the physical NFC card; 'virtual' or 'online business card' means the page itself. In DigiCardSystem they are one product: the page always exists, the NFC card is optional.
Yes. Cards live in the company account; the admin opens, closes and reassigns cards to another employee. Logo and brand colour come from the centre, the card owner edits only their own details. A leaver's card goes offline with one click.
Yes. The contact form on the card page lets a visitor leave a name, email and optional phone number; the record lands in the panel and you get an email notification. Below the form it says the details are passed only to the card owner, with a link to the privacy policy.
Data is kept on servers in Türkiye; the connection is always HTTPS. The identity of a card page visitor is not collected; only view and click counts are measured. The card owner can delete the account and its data at any time.
The free plan gives you 1 card and 1 user with the card page, QR and TR/EN display; a 3-day trial with no credit card. Starter (10 cards, 3 users) adds save-to-contacts, the contact form, NFC, card templates and the email signature; Pro (50 cards, 10 users) adds a custom domain, white label, CRM webhook and CSV export.
Five minutes, no credit card, no printing required. Never say "I'm out of cards" again.
